⏳ Processing Time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping estimates apply after your order has been handed to the carrier. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing.

The estimated delivery time for your order is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, major sales, or bad weather. If you’re ordering a gift, we recommend placing your order early.

🌍 We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

🔍 Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you can follow your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

🌐 Customs & Duties — Canada and the United Kingdom

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible.

We can update your address as long as your order has not shipped yet.
